Within the last months I continued growing crystals of salt and alum. I will upload some pictures soon, hopefully...
I think especially the shape of the native salt crystals are interesting because some of the show the triangular octahedral faces. I have no idea why by now - usually the shape of NaCl is a simple cube and the {111} faces cannot be seen at all.
